two-point tremolo and distinctive skirted black amp knobs

Ovation Elite Model 1778 TX-5GSM Acoustic:

Features a deluxe AA solid-Sitka spruce top and Ovation’s light-

weight, yet high-strength bracing. Its combination of solid woods

and Ovation's Lyrachord bowl give this acoustic-electric guitar

tremendous sonic power. An ultra-thin textured gloss black finish

allows the soundboard to resonate freely and the soundports on

the bass-string side enhance lower-frequency projection. Electric guitarists will love the fast feel of the slim, hard-rock maple neck and rosewood fretboard. (It's no secret that many electric players choose Ovation guitars when doing acoustic work.) Plus, Ovation's OP-Pro preamp and OCP-1K pickup produce uncompromising tone for plugged-in performance.

The Lyrachord Mid-Depth bowl blends the best elements of Ovation’s Super-Shallow and Deep Bowl designs. Acoustically, the Mid-Depth bowl delivers plentiful projection and rich tone, yet even smaller guitarists find it comfortable to hold and play. It’s no surprise Ovation’s TX models all feature a Mid-Depth body. Its proprietary Lyrachord construction and roundback design let it outperform typical “box” guitars. For decades, hardworking musicians have relied on Mid-Depth Ovation guitars to cut through the mix, whether played acoustically in a living room or run through a concert hall sound system.

Designed in collaboration with jazz guitarist Al Di Meola and acoustic rocker Melissa Etheridge, the OP-Pro preamp system combines state-of-the-art audio quality with exclusive features designed to meet the needs of professional guitarists. The easy-to-operate unit offers 3-band EQ, a preset tone enhancement circuit, a battery status light, and a chromatic tuner. The OP-Pro will please even the most discriminating professional player looking for clean, clear, and quiet electronics.

Egyptian Pearl Inlay Djembe (2):

The goblet drum (also chalice drum, tarabuka, tarabaki, darbuka, debuka, doumbek, dumbec, dumbeg, dumbelek, tablah, toumperleki or zerbaghali,[1] Arabic: دربوكة / ALA-LC: darbūkah) is a single head membranophone with a goblet shaped body used mostly in the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and Eastern Europe.

The origin of the Egyptian Arabic term darabukka probably lies in the Arabic word "darab" ("to strike"). Goblet drums were seen in Babylonia and Sumer dates from as early as 1100 BCE. On Celebes one large form serves as a temple instrument, set on the floor when performed, which could be a survival of the ancient use of the drum.

Goat Skin Custom Hand-made Drums:

Different animal skins make for different sounds, their thickness accounting for much of these variables as well as how the skins were cured. Also, different woods will make for different tonality as well. Woods react in different ways to both heat and humidity, and 'season' at different rates.  These drums were custom made for our owner Angelina Sarantis.
